Communication with this law firm has been spotty at best since MAY and more of a one way conversation where they only put in effort to communicate with you when they expect payment. I have to constantly e-mail to get a response because no one even bothers to pick up the phone- ever, let alone return my calls. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a lawyer and couldn't even negotiate a fair settlement for me when I have been laid off. I did not feel cared for or respected as a client. Spend your money elsewhere with more professional and competent lawyers. These positive reviews are probably done by his paralegals.

If you are having a problem with a Collection Company or need a Consumer Lawyer that knows what he is doing 110%, talk to Fred. Fred is the absolute BEST! He contacted me back himself right away after I left a message. Handled my situation against a collector immediately and 100% resolved it for me as well super fast! Excellent all the way around. Disappointing, waste of $295. Only quick responses before I sent them payment. After payment was received did not receive any communication. Just received a letter 2 months after court appearance stating court ruling was not in their favor.

I called this law firm the day before the hearing and although I don’t recommend doing this, they accepted the case and by the end of the phone call they were already listed on the dockets as representation. I was in the hospital in NICU with a newborn child the morning of my hearing but I was told not to worry about it because I didn’t need to attend the hearing. Long story short, the judgement was in my favor! I would also like to mention that the price for representation was very affordable and on top of that I was not hassled for payment (I actually had to keep calling them to try and speak with someone to pay). Very professional, very reliable and it was a pleasure using the firm.

I called Fred about a week before my court case he said I will handle it and he will take care of everything. I went to work the next day worried that my case was going to be crazy but so be it he send me an email saying I beat the case and now he is working getting it off my credit.. now I don’t have to worry about it being on my credit and don’t have to worry about paying back unfairly debt... thank you much for everything.. I Love the Davis Consumer Law Firm because they are very professional in the manor of how to handle your case. I sent an email and they were responsive with answering my questions.
