As a real estate professional I am highly disappointment in the lack of attention to detail from the firm. When I called to follow up on payments to be wired to an agent directly and CDA provides the wiring instruction for this to happen. Mr. G Davis and his firm decided to handle the matter by their choosing and on the phone said, "oh well, I must have missed that, the check is in the mail."
Terrible performance and actions taken by the firm. No future transactions to be handled though this firm. Our clients and referring agents deserve better.

Got set up with one of their lawyers for a divorce. Basically took my money and did nothing to help me. Couldn't never get ahold of the lawyer I had. Terrible lawyers. Stay away and find better people.

On March 22 of this year, I was in a motor vehicle accident. My husband and I are used to thing not going our way. So while this completed disrupted our life, we weren’t that surprised that something bad had happened to us. However, it was very hard. I was injured severely and needed surgery. There were days I didn’t think I could go on any longer. Davis & Davis was there every step of the way. Cindy or Jim continually kept me and my husband in the loop. Everyone in the office was professional and kind. My case was handled in a timely manner. I’m extremely pleased with how it all played out. I would definitely recommend Davis & Davis for anyone who needs legal representation.

Took them 4 days to tell me there was a conflict of interest. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted when they could have easily told me in the original phone call & emails. In this case time is truly of the essence & they had no remorse in wasting mine.

The people of Fayette County should be proud that we have the law firm of Davis and Davis available to us. They have successfully represented my family, my husband, my children, my mother, and most recently me. While most of my contact has been with Attorney James Davis, I feel that every member of their practice was helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and professional at the highest level.

In 2010 I was a passenger in a major car accident that resulted in injuries. DO NOT HIRE THEM for your family estate Last will ,If you see that the executors is going to use them protest get a good attorney and fight it . They only care about the them and executor ,you will lose everything they are not to be trusted , I was call to a meeting to pick up stuff and it was a box of garbage and was told I couldn’t say or speak about anything It was what it was.

I’m fortunate enough to have not dealt with a lot of attorneys. I was unfortunate to hire this firm. They never seen a court room in my case, they did the whole “ bring in the team to show that we’re on top on it” act but none of them read the accident report close enough to catch the BAL of the girl who killed my father. All 8 of them didn’t know that it wasn’t an assumption that she was drunk, because it was in the accident report that they all had. They had the escrow money from me and convinced me to settle with insurance money only and even went so far as to lower their percentage if I settled, only to turn around and charge me 2,000 plus over the escrow, which defeated the purpose of lowering their percentage. They are all about the money and not the money for the victims, but the money for themselves and to remain “super lawyers”.
