First time experience for us selling a property and wasn’t sure what to expect , questions were always answered straight away by phone call or email, staff were very pleasant especially Charlotte and Tammy . The only downfall was the portal for us , couldn’t communicate through it and wasn’t updated very often was expecting more from it considering you are charged for it . From instruction date to completion was 16 weeks , no chain involved. . Would use again .

We have pulled out of the purchase of 2 separate Bungalows in Stafford within the last few months, where Davisons Law were the sellers solicitors on both occasions. Throughout both failed transactions communication was poor, constant delays in providing updates, unclear information, document errors and not even responding to our solicitor, despite numerous hasteners. Also we have been informed by the estate agent that the sellers of the 2nd bungalow claim to have been misled by their solicitor as to what action they needed to take, which we believe led to us pulling out as there was no guarantee how much longer we would need to wait. The same conveyancer Beverley was appointed on both occasions by Davisons Law and we were advised just before pulling out for a 2nd time that she was no longer involved in the sale. I do wonder how many other customers this has affected. Estate Agents Dourish and Day advertised both bungalows and we understand they recommend Davisons Law to potential buyers. We have advised Dourish that we would not purchase any property where Davisons Law were the conveyancers. We complained in writing to Davisons Law, they responded that as we are not their client they are not obligated to respond. Not sure we can take it any further, but will consider approaching the Law Society or Ombudsman.

Davidsons assisted with the sale and purchase of my new property and were excellent from start to finish.
If I had any questions they would call/ email me quickly and assist if i was unsure.
Towards the end of the sale & purchase it was very chaotic due to no fault of our own and they acted swiftly and firmly ensuring the sale and purchase went ahead on the desired date.
