I walked in, and the receptionist was very pleasant. I asked her how soon I can get in, she looked at the schedule and was able to get me in that afternoon. I was taking care of in a timely manner, all of my documents, my notary and papers that need to be filed were completed within a couple days. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

Last month I walked in to John at Dawson Documents because I needed paperwork prepared, filed, and served. He advised me he was gonna help me through the process and we agreed to make business, I left information needed he asked for to get started, left call back number, e-mail address and waited. 2 weeks later I called him to follow up since I never received any update on case and he explained that he had forgotten and would get on it right away and advised me he would follow up with next step. A week after that I called again since he never did call back or email , But now he won’t even answer my phone calls or respond to my e-mails which is very unprofessional. He seemed like a kind professional person , but never backed up his words. At this point I can only assume this business is not legitimate. I went to this place desperate for help and it was a waste of my time and time I could’ve had with my child already. PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!! From personal experience avoid this place. This is not how you run a business. I would’ve respected it if I had at least received a response and been told it was not gonna be possible to get the help I needed.
