Terrible service and the worst room we stayed at during a 3 week road trip. The man in the office was busy on a private phone conversation when I checked in and could not be bothered to try to get us a first floor room. Nothing was plugged in and we had to move furniture, relocate the microwave, unbend various plugs, etc. just to have lights in the room. The room smelled of spicy food. The towels were very thin and smelled of smoke. There was not soap available at the sink. The shower curtain would not close because both upper brackets were broken. There was no bag available for the ice bucket. The chain lock in the room was broken so we were unable to secure our room. There was very little toilet paper left and no extra rolls.

Staff was friendly, locations was convenient.

BUT. Our room was gross. Walls and baseboards were visibly dirty, the floor had not been swept, pillow smelled weird, and the base of the toilet made me want to barf. After seeing other reviews we checked for bedbugs and were happy find none, and clean sheets.

There were some weird things about the layout of our room. No outlets near the bedside table to charge phones, and the cables for the tv and microwave were a mess plugged into a splitter. Our room had three beds, but the third bed was in a small cave-like corner barely big enough for the bed itself with no outlets and no lights. It was just… weird.

Despite the friendly staff I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. And I can only assume those not bothered by the uncleanliness are the type who don’t notice that sort of thing to begin with.

I was tired and had to stop to rest after a 7 hr drive. I choose a Days because of the repetition. They are normally clean and inexpensive. I just needed a bed and a shower. I was not expecting this. The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The property was not the safest. There were some shady characters around. I felt uncomfortable but too tired to make a fuss. The room was unacceptable. Visibly dirty walls, unswept floors, the toilet didn’t look clean. The furniture was beaten up. The walls looked like they hadn’t been painted or cleaned since the 1980’s. I didn’t put my bags on the bed for fear of bed bugs. When I checked the bugs, I found blood on the sheets and the mattress cover was filthy with hair, lint and lords knows what else, looked as if it was never changed. They just kept throwing sheets over it. I requested a refund and left after 4 mins of arrival. Again, staff was great. Understanding and patient.

it was a pretty good place to stay for the three nights for me and my friends while going to six flags. great location and price. the room was worth more than than the price. it was clean when we got there and even had a fridge which even Vegas cant really say always. parking was not the greatest, but was serviceable. and found an upside down drawer. more funny than anything to me.

We were just passing through, but I definitely recommend this place for long term stays as well as one night stop.

After a long road trip with some questionable stays, it was nice to come into a room that was 100% clean. No weird cracks or water spots on the walls; the parking lot is well lit and safe; the sheets were fresh AND there was a lot of love put into our room as it was decorated with canvases, a desk, and other beautiful furniture.

All these 5 star reviews are by bots. No human being would rate this motel for more than 1 star. Location is near 5 fwy in a desolate road. There were people living in cars and many broken down cars with hoods opened, loud music and cigarette butts everywhere. Room looked like from 1980's horror movies with stains, old slow plumbing, creaking furniture, etc. I skipped breakfast after seeing the dilapidated lobby area/dining hall. Lastly I didn't get my deposit back and ended up disputing with my credit card bank to get it back.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and in fine condition. Unfortunately, the property, itself, left a lot to be desired. We intended on relaxing in the hot tub in the morning, but upon seeing it in the light, both it and the pool were an unusual color and were quite run down, making us unsure if they were safe to use, so we did not. When we went for the breakfast, there was only pump coffee, milk, syrup, waffles and raisin bran. I have not seen an all-carb, 2-option breakfast in decades. While waffles are a nice touch, there was not even butter for the waffles or actual cream for the coffee. This is not what people have come to expect for breakfast.

So we went for pride night at magic mountain. Stayed 1 night. Rooms need updated not super clean. But the important stuff was clean. They were super cool about not closing the pool. I think if you're not too loud they will let you hang. We needled another fridge. They gave us 2. So it's clean enough to have a good time and party if you want to. Not so bad. No bugs and comfortable.
