Would not recommend Jacqueline Tomlinson to represent anything. She was assigned to my case as a GAL to represent my two young children and be a neutral party. Which she wasn't. Only would meet with the mother and refused to meet with me. She likes to throw false allegations
while in court, with absolutely no proof. Just to try and make a good father look bad. She never wanted kids to speak their voice in court and once allowed she acts like she never heard what they said before. Lies!! I have never seen such unprofessional representation in my life. Stay far away from her and please don't let her represent your kids!

I had a simple child support case and my lawyer said my payment would be around $311 a month at the day of the hearing. Jacqueline told me to sign my name in the blank area for the monthly amount, which I thought was weird and behold, my child mother lawyer wrote in a different amount that was $100 more than I was told it would be by my lawyer. I couldn't do anything about it since I had already sign it and i trusted my lawyer. She said she would call me and explain after court but she never call me. My case cost me two grand. I hired this law firm 2 Weeks before my child support hearing and putting $2000 in my retainer. It cost me every penny of it which I thought wasn't fair. Two phone calls, a few emails and a hearing cost $2000. Do not hire them it's a money pit. Go elsewhere not professional at all besides Amy

Dana is/was my attorney handling my child custody case. She was great! I have no complaints! She handled everything timely and professionally! Everything was filed quickly! She was always available to answer questions and she was forth coming and honest! I was very pleased with the professional services rendered by Delk and Tomlinson. They treated me with respect and helped me understand the process which is hard to do when your emotions are frayed. They provide very good counsel that is grounded in ethics and fairness to all parties involved. While the process is never enjoyable you will walk away knowing that your outcome was as good as you would ever expect. If you are looking for an attorney to rip apart the other person and leave them with nothing, then you should look somewhere else. Keep in mind that the process is expensive and you will be charged for every email and phone call but that is how all attorneys bill. It is a business, but in spite of that you will be a priority to them and their costs are very reasonable. Expect the process to be very slow but again that is the process and not a direct reflection on the firm. In summary, they are very professional, empathetic without being your therapist, fair and ethical and provide very good representation at a reasonable cost. I was very satisfied with this firm.
