I was looking at a property out of state and hired Desert Property to check the things my untrained eyes couldn't see during my initial visit. They did a thorough inspection and provided me with a full report on the same day. That is amazing. I hired Desert Property Inspection Services to do the pre-purchase inspection of a manufactured home. Desert Property Inspection Services was able to perform the inspection in 3 business days of my call. Randy did the inspection. The report emailed to me was very thorough. Good pictures with easy-to-understand explanations of the issues. Randy seems to genuinely understand how things work and should be. The inspection also includes a separate certified termite report.
I would use Desert Property Inspection Services again. Definitely recommend.

Desert property inspection was referred by the sellers realtor so I thought to myself that the inspector would lean in favor of the seller. Man was I wrong. This company was there to do a great job. They were thorough, climbed on the roof, spotted everything wrong with the house and not only were they specific in the report but they took photos of the issues and the tools they used in there inspection. These guys are professional. Thank you.

Randy was very detailed, patiently went thru the entire house, garage, and well house. He even had a little bot that went under the house and took pictures. I feel that we can move into the house with confidence. I even have a small "honey do" list started.
