Philip Robertson is a terrible attorney. He did not fight for me in any way at all instead he tried to help my opponent because he received money from my opponent. He did what he wants and refused to bring up information that is necessary for the judge. All the information that I can give him he will not use it and just let you hang knowing that you can not fight for yourself.
He accepted money from my opponent and postponed the hearing many times for no reasons. I lost more than $300k because of him although my business partner stole the money from the business and did not pay business taxes.
Never go to this law firm! I will sue this law firm.

I tried to get help with what to do with a tenant that will not leave my house for not paying rent and he told me he would get back to me and he never did. I tried calling back 3 times and then I guess his secretary answers the phone and tells me he doesn’t want to take my case because I live out of town! I called back when I see he kept my 100.00 on my bank statement. He left me hanging for weeks and I called back to get a refund and his secretary hangs up on me when I told her I am on disability! I think they dedicate certain hours to rake in money and not help people knowing this. If he wasn’t going to help me in the first place he should of never took my money! Highly upset and disappointed in this attorneys behavior! And he is a landlord and knew I was from out of town and still kept my 100 dollars! Guess he needs it as to keep it is greedy and totally misled me saying he had to check on some things and would get back to me and hung up! I guess it was time for his next 100 dollar phone call!

Terry Despoy is a waste of money. He did not fight for me in any way at all. No matter how much he said he was it was only words never in court. He does what he wants and refuses to bring up information that is necessary for the judge. He took advantage of me in my time of need when I could not fight for myself. All the information that you can give him he will not use it and just let you hang knowing that you can not fight for yourself. He would never call me back at any time. Because of him not fighting for me I have to pay for my ex's lies including a child that is not mine. Because he refused to bring up the information that was given to him.
