An incredible group of people and incredible company. Didage plays a vital role in my company's ability to exceed the expectations of our clients. You should have seen the smile on the surgeon's face when we handed him the very thing he needed for a lab when he had asked about it only a few days prior.

ZERO STAR RATING!!!! I purchased a surgical table from Didage and had a 1 year warranty. They failed to honor the warranty. I got an attorney involved and they finally agreed. It was obvious that the product was not refurbished appropriately in terms of the electrical components. Didage constantly mentions that they have been in business for 30 years and have never had this type of claim made against them. That's just the company's narrative. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Our legal team is working with BBB to make other potential clients aware to avoid this company at all costs!

Didage takes greed to another level. After the sales team asks the buyer to send emails with other offers, they then "consider" formulating a better price. Mr Miner "approves" a lower price, however, that means you will be getting the oldest refurbished product they have. Components and electrical circuits can be even older than 10 years. They strip off all of the original bar codes of the product and serial numbers so that the product and details can never be identified. You get a shiny product on the outside (if you're lucky) which is a lemon on the inside. You want to raise issue about this: it's simple....Didage and it's staff will flat out ignore you for as long as possible. It's stall tactic after stall tactic. There is not consideration that these products are used to treat sick patients who are in pain. Sales need to be pushed so that everyone meets their quota or number. Everything else is a very distant second place.
Dig deeper before considering buying anything from DIdage. The sales team is notorious. Their reputation should be known. Buyer be VERY aware.
