I highly recommend the law firm of Dill, Evans & Rhodeback located in Sebastian, Florida for anyone dealing with a probate estate matter. Support staff here do answer the phones. This is in contrast to some law practices where you get recorded messages. The support staff are very friendly.

However, the attorney that I dealt with was neither reliable nor diligent. If you are hiring an attorney you want someone who cares and is willing to help, and to do so in a timely way. You are not paying big bucks for a non-responsive, nonchalant approach. My experience with this firm resulted in many thousands of dollars wasted. I did not get the help I came to them for. The monies lost on their fees does not even begin to compare to my lost personal time, and the immense costs to our estate due to their lack of follow-through with an important legal issue.

Be careful when you chose an attorney. At the first sign you see that the lawyer lacks dedication or interest, fly out of there. It will only get worse.

This firm works together as a team to ensure you get the services you deserve. Having never met them in person ( I’m out of state) they all treaded me as if I was their neighbor. My case was very complex however this team’s problem solving ability combined with Raul’s tenacity makes me want to write this review in hopes to help others to decide that this is the team you need.
