If possible, I wouldn't give them one star. I wouldn't recomment this company. We were given less than 6 hours notice of a closing. When Tiera (their attorney) was questioned her response was "sorry I forgot to inform you". They were very difficult to work with. Purchasing a home should be an exciting endeavor. Our experience with this company was very unprofessional not to mention frustrating.

I wrote DMKCG asking them for help with estate real estate they were said to be executors of. They didn't even acknowledge my letter. In fairness to them, they're probably busy and probably regarded my request as unimportant, not billable, and couldn't even bother to phone me to say they received my letter. I generally don't like attorneys and DMKCG didn't help me improve my attitude. Most businesses fall all over themselves to create goodwill and increase their customer/client base. If one doesn't do that, it might be because it doesn't need or want your business and might be a good one to avoid if your money's involved.
