I contacted and spoke with a Chris who told me that he could do a skip trace and process service. All I needed to do was send the information via email. I emailed the guy the info and he did not get back with me. I resent the email and he asked for some more info which I sent. I did not hear back from him for 9 days. If he can't do it or does not want to do it, why not just say so. Poor customer service.
