I spent an hour and a half answering questions then they wanted more paperwork that seemed excessive. I got an apology for auto text asking for more and more information. Two weeks later still no word. I spent a lot of time with this firm and two weeks to review is excessive. I called another firm who quickly assessed the matter on the phone intake and assessment. Super easy. Happy with my decision.

Firstly let me start by saying the loss of time because in these type of cases it is of the most importance. Long story short they took my case sent a demand letter. Given that I had all the information / evidence needed for a very strong case faulty check stubs, not reporting wages to the IRS but still cutting me checks, and when the attorneys requested my employee information they denied them any access which is against the law, all thr hallmarks needed for a strong case. Also for other undisclosed reasons they did not share with me they dropped my case. If this law firm is really dedicated to what they say they are the "size" of the defendant shouldn't matter only justice for what an employee has gone through. Given that my old employer which I'm suing is of the same race as the managing attorney/owner I strongly believe they did not pursue the case because of that reason when it comes down to professionalism I would not ever recommend this law firm to anyone for any reason at all. I'm not the kind to lay down I will win my case without them.

I reached out to this firm a year ago. They got back to me fairly quickly and supposedly started working on my case. Then, I just waited for 10 MONTHS. Every two months, I would send them an email to check on the progress, and they would reply with generic excuses, saying they needed just a little more time to review my case. After 10 months, they finally told me they couldn't take my case—just because! 10 months of waiting and empty responses. I don't know many law firms in the Bay Area, but I definitely know which one I would never recommend to anyone. -100 out of 10.
