I found DLS to be very helpful in navigating the path to a Medicare health plan which can be daunting to say the least. Although I had decided on an insurance option, he gave me the best recommendations and my choice was on the list. After getting on Medicare part C I had occasional questions and Bill answered them as well as dealing with a few problems that came up along the way. I also got email alerts about benefits I wouldn't have known about such as a program that gave me 70$ a month of free health merchandise with which I acquired many useful items I would have had to buy. I would definitely recommend DLS for anyone trying to navigate the path to Medicare Part C and dealing with problems and questions once you got there.

We went into DLS insurance, knowing absolutely nothing about Medicare. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and was able to set us up with the best insurance to meet our medical needs. He is always available if we have a question and he answers them very thoroughly. What surprised us, was that he keeps reviewing what we have to see if there’s anything better out there! DLS Insurance is fantastic! All the staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They are always there for you. It’s not just a one and done. I just went on Medicare last year and had many questions that Cathy answered and put me in a wonderful Advantage plan that is awesome. It has saved me a lot of money and I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. She knew just the right plan for me and I’m so glad I didn’t go elsewhere because there’s a lot of agents to choose from and DLS is by far the best!
