I got there 15 minutes early and then waited another 15min after the place should have been open nobody showed up. I live in lemon Grove, but was forced to drive all the way to Hillcrest DMV. Because I know that they open at 9:00 am. A difference of 15 miles.

Owner wasn't there, but he eventually emerged from the apartment still chewing on food with no mask the whole time. Go enter your vehicle information on DMV website, and you'll know how much the state wants from you. Then subtract that from how much this place charged you. Asked for the printed itemized receipt on the screen. Don't settle for a generic electronic receipt that's going to be sent to your phone. Cost me $151 for 10 minutes of waiting for the owner to show up and 10 minutes to sign DMV paperwork.

Not only was owner/manager Hashim extremely helpful, informative, and courteous, but he even kept the live scans portion of his business open twenty minutes later to accommodate my needs. Excellent, friendly, local service.

I am not from California. The whole DMV system here is wildly different from my home. I was super stressed and confused and lost.
He made it so easy that I nearly broke down crying from how easy it was. I highly recommend going here because the whole process is super easy. I highly recommend this location, especially for military members.

Had a nightmare with a motorcycle that I bought; sellers and finance company were totally uncooperative and shady. Hashim is a consummate professional. After weeks of back and forth with those people, I took my paperwork to Hashim and he got me registered and titled in a few days. Awesome service
