Will do a follow up as haven’t hired them yet but punctual and knowledgeable and using zoom moves everything along faster so know that actually paying attention and understand the issues. If the retainer right and they have the time to take the case I’d feel confident in choosing Dolan Law and Ellen Lynch or her associates for family court matters. I’m hopeful they agree to take the case.

I was steamed, boiling-over steamed, when I wrote a very negative review. My Great Displeasure was due to poorly functioning technology, 1) the canned 'thank you,' and 2) the chat box that says it's forwarding information but doesn't. However, when dealing with the People in this firm, they appear to be Professional, Redundantly Professional even. An actual person answers the phone, the woman I spoke with (Mia?) was clear and helpful, answered all my questions, responded with emails as promised, and confirming phone calls. I was, actually, Most Impressed at first. That the technology didn't function as promised and/or inappropriately set me off. When under stress (that's me) little things assume inflated importance. [Blow-up] So I was 'fueled' enough to write a very negative review, focusing on the one negative, (machines) and allowing it to eclipse the positve (people). Lawyer Dolan, responded to my complaint just about Immediately. Yes, Right Away. He patiently and Professionally (that Word again) let me rant about my various problems for a "goodly length" of time, which in itself was a Big Help to me in more ways than one. He also gave me the profesional advice I needed and confirmed my "thinking." If I'm being Redundant when I say the staff of this law firm is Redundantly Professional . . . Okay, Good. I want readers to know that these people, (technological contraptions notwithstanding) Know What They're Doing. One of Shakespeare's characters once suggested, "Kill all the Lawyers !" [Big Laugh Line] . . . so . . . in adding this up-to-the-minute record of my experience with Lawyer Dolan and His Firm . . . maybe Not ALL the lawyers. (? ! ? ! )
I'm deleting the original bad review and posting this [better] one instead . . . . with more stars.

Felt sold out by my lawyer, felt like I did not have enough time to read my agreement. Courtney seemed more interested in being friends with opposing counsel than in my case. Would avoid at all costs.
