I've been trying for over a tear now for spousal support. I had to have a hip replacement. And requested a phone hearing. The judge denied it. But meshusband had a meeting at a fire hall and was granted it.i am disabled. Already. And they still say I can work. They have denied all my papers from multiple Dr. Stating I can not. My surgery was scheduled for the 11th of this month. My hearing the 19th. So I had to cancel my surgery. Terrible place.

It's so crazy how much stuff has changed! Domestic relations is suppose to be about the children not the parents.. Now they are for the absent parent more than the parent that takes care of the child every waking moment.!! Sad

HORRIBLE service!!! They schedule an appointment for me to get child support and then send me an email saying Your request for support services cannot be filed. Then you call to find out why and they are rude, deny sending the email and tell me if i dont get in there today i have to pay again! I guess ill just have to struggle to try to take care of my kids all on my own bec. of this whole situation!~! wouldnt let me speak to a manager either!
