Ms Cook was my son lawyer she quickly ask for 50000costed but went to talk to him onceup one time to talk about divorce.when time came sine let everyone say what h they wanted she didn’t contest nothing. She let judge make him pay for part her divorce and take everything he worked for. Money she make she said she paid for house was money in their account . Don’t think know she made that happed
. She also the house was worth 580,000 this is what they apprised it at year before can’t tell me something wasn’t right with this.&
He told 269,000 she did not try to contest anything part his stuff was sold nothing was done. Just Saying for a I divorce I wish I’d went to guy in Elba since mine is retired.only reason it wasn’t contested was it would have cost so mush my understand if it wasn’t then u would get part of money back.his salary was 250,000 a year 2 years after he lost job he opened a business and who’s retirement when it sold she let them take all it. I’ve never seen anyone not fight for their client and I’m 76 am seen a lot.I’m very disappointment for what expected.

Her and her client lied to judge about income and tried to get me to pay 1200 in child support. She also told her client loop holes to where I can’t talk to my son. The papers state I can call my son and if I can’t to call parent phone! And call to parental phone can be made every other day between 430 and 630. She now says that’s my only time to call my son? But the state of Alabama has shown its sexiest side and my custody agreement I was forced to sign by Donna and her client is wrong and not fair!

We met with Mrs Crooks and she was very honest about our options and up front with the risks involved in attempting to move jurisdiction. She could have very easily taken our money today and left us vulnerable having to go back to NC and spend more money to fight custody there.

I do not recommend Donna crooks. She does not keep her word. She tells you one thing but does another. She was very fast to ask for money up front for a contested divorce but it ended up being uncontested and she will not refund the rest of the money like she swore she would! She cannot be trusted so i strongly suggest getting every single detail in writing!!
Yes this is very true! 3 people Including myself heard her say the same thing!
