Went in there to get a car switched over and the second we started speaking to this lady she was a snob and made everything stressful. She was difficult to talk to and really shouldn’t be working at a place where you have to talk to people. Disgusted that a person can be so disrespectful and talk to people like they’re idiots.

I recently took my elderly mother to Donnie Boyer to transfer her car title. I went in first and explained that she has a hard time doing steps and asked if there was another door we could use. The employee said don't worry we'll bring everything out to the car for her to sign! Great customer service!

I got a document notarized and then I shipped it overnight via USPS. The company that I sent it to notified me that it was not notarized correctly as the notary forgot to put a notary stamp on it (which is needed to make the document "official"). I returned the next day to ask if they could redo the notarization for free. Not only did they do that, but they also paid for the shipping at USPS to send the redo. Amazing customer service from Paulette. Thank you!!

They gave me a great experience. The people were friendly as I transferred out of state vehicle details to PA. Friend had a title transfer, service fee was over the top, more than half of the original transfer price. No prices online, absolutely no information was given about the process beforehand and overall my friend was screwed over.

If you’re looking for prices:
Original transfer: $97
Things you can do for free online that they consider an additional “service”: $135

This was my family’s place to go for their cars, and originally the price was at MOST a little over $100. Do not go here.
