I would highly recommend using Duran and Duran PC. Lisa Duran picked up my case after my original attorney retired. The transition was seamless. Lisa Duran was pro-active at every stage there was never a waiting period. There was never a game of phone tag. Lisa was very efficient and on top of everything through the end of my case. I have worked with several attorneys over the year for several different reasons and she is the best all around attorney I have ever done business with! Took someone else here for a consultation for a business/personal filing. Consultation went well but then when we followed up about moving the process forward for the person and several emails were not returned. A call was then placed and Ms. Doran answered and stated later that week she would be in contact on Thursday or Friday. That contact never came and it is very unprofessional to say you'll take the case during the consultation, then not return emails, only to answer a call and say you'll be in touch later that week to never call. Unfortunately, not a good experience in this case for the potential client. However, had they found another attorney for less than the quoted price here who gave their personal cell even and responds back via texts within minutes. Seems like most had a good experience here and that is great, I wish we could've said the same but this happens at times. Best of luck in your continued practice and hopefully this isn't the norm, which it seems not to be.

Lisa is very friendly and affordable. We mostly stayed in contact through email. She replies quickly and often sends emails out with updates to your case. At first i was embarrassed to even call but she reassured me that there was nothing to be ashamed of. She will work with you but you also have to work with her. Do not omit any information and try to have all of your fees paid early to keep the process moving along.
