I used this attorneys office to close on my house. Someone in the office mailed my paperwork to someone else who had just bought a house. I had a stranger reach out to me on Facebook and told me that my CASH overpayment and title insurance and some other paperwork had been mailed to them by mistake. I’m just grateful it was an honest person. When I called the office, they blamed the post office. It was sealed inside this other persons envelope with their paperwork though, so that didn’t make any sense.

I do not recommend this attorney. We used them while selling our house this summer, and they made repeated errors. Closing was delayed due to them not sending paperwork out in time (in spite of multiple reminders). Several months after closing, we learn that we have to sign a bill of sale that the new home owners should have had in hand the day of closing, but the attorney office missed it.
