I call for a question the woman was rude she doesn’t help. Rude way to answer the phone, I tried to explain it to her she was "man what is the question?" I’m like can explain to u first before u ask info before the question. Horrible

Rude people. Called people retarded when they didn’t know to hit green button to open door to leave it was their first time at dmv and a language barrier.

This DMV is very good! I don't speak English, but the staff member Robert was very patient and careful in communicating with me using Google Translate without any misunderstandings. Robert did a great job. After all the work was completed, Robert asked me if I needed anything else, such as new license plates, and we finished the work together. I thanked him again and Robert thanked me. I should give him the highest score - 5 points!

This is by far the best experience I have had with a DMV. All the staff are very helpful and make it easy to understand what is required. The service is not only top notch but quick. I used to dread going to the DMV and now I look forward to it. Great job to all the staff.

DO NOT DO ANY TITLES HERE! Was told no I needed all this paperwork to get title. Went to keystone and had my plate in 5 minutes. Multiple times I have been denied titles just to go to another dmv and get the title. I have lived here for 2 years and have heard from multiple people not to go here. State of Florida should shut this office down. If I worked there I would be embarrassed. Make up their own requirements.

Went interlachen DVM was there may be 5 minute's before clerk Sandy called me up and took care of getting my fl licence and getting rid of NC license she made the whole process enjoyable . she's easy to communicate with and professional about her job.thanks for your help Sandy.

With the condition of the world right now we are fortunate to have them open,as many states that they are not.You do not need an appointment for much of the usual business, however you may want to call ahead and check it out . Right now they are open regular hours but are short staffed most likely due to the social distancing also which is why it may take a little longer than usual and seating inside is limited for social distancing reasons.I commend the employees for doing an awesome job! Have paitence people when you go ..they are doing the best they can!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience there this morning. I dealt with Evelyn, and the first thing she said, after looking at my driver's license, was "thank you for your service." As a veteran, it is nice to hear this.
Evelyn was extremely polite and courteous, as well as professional. She was quick to help me with my paperwork while smiling the entire time. Most pleasant experience I've ever had when dealing with DMV.
