A year ago I decided to liquidate my Disney portfolio. I had 10 memberships with 16 contracts. I did have a broker involved and they suggested DVC Title. All of the closings were handled over a Zoom meeting. The time zone difference sometimes played havoc with me but the representatives were always professional, courteous and attentive. This was a big decision as I had a great deal of money invested. The wire transfers were always handled securely and efficiently. They monitored when the dues would come out and made sure that the closing took place before the withdrawal. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Thank you so much for your quick and easy sale of my Disney Vacztion club time share. This was a bitter sweet decision for me since I loved every minute of my membership. These folks are great, we offered on a DVC resale 12/9/24 through a DVC resell realtor and DVC title is our escrow company. As soon as the seller accepted they were on this within a few hours. There were several documents to get going and the holding funds transferred and then of course the WDW ROFR wait. After WDW responded 1/2/25 we were able to get the rest of the paperwork same day and balance due the following morning. By afternoon a closing date of 1/7/25 was set and this morning we got the closed notice from Cammy. Now just have to wait for WDW again.

All through this process we had very fast communication and professional secure document handling. All of the questions asked by me got prompt responses. I don't see how it could be any better experience really, especially considering I am 850 miles away from them.

This was my first time using them as an escrow company but if you need one in Fl for a DVC resale they are the ones you want. There are lots of other web comments out there about Cammy being the person to go to for this type of thing, and I am sure any other services they may offer.

I run a machine shop business in Ky and only wish every business transaction went as smooth as this one did.
