These crooks seriously deserve zero stars. My experience with them is through lead abatement. Eagle Environmental is the middle man between the grant money provided by the State to provide instructions to contractors on what work to do in the lead abatement process. They have been terrible at communicating both written and verbal. It has been over a year long process from start (applying for abatement) to being halfway through getting the work done. There have been several instances where they have sent incorrect contracts to be signed and instead of having any customer courtesy to inform by form they need to make amendments, they stay radio silent for several weeks before sending a new contract to sign. Fast forward to sending a vague notice about when the work 'will begin initiation' and then 3 days after said "initiation" they give you less than 24 hours notice to move out temporarily to start the work. (Keep this in mind, the contractors had a definitive work start date, but Eagle Environmental does not bother to send a notice to the tenants living in the house). All this while, phone calls are NOT returned; first it starts with one call a week-no return; two calls a week-no return; understandable, things happen. But to not return a single call when you start calling several times a day, is when I say, someone is screening my calls, and its Eagle Environmental. My final qualm with this organization is there are several THOUSANDS of dollars that was provided in GOVERNMENTAL GRANT money provided in the lead abatement process and maybe 1/3 of it was used to actually complete work on the house...where did the other 2/3 of spending go...hmm. Let's say 1/4 of the remaining money went to pay the contractors for their work...there is still SEVERAL THOUSANDS of dollars unaccounted for, and I would be happy to bet my savings account, Eagle Environmental pocked all the money as profit. Must be nice to be running a scam and the expense of honest people. Shame on this organization.
