It was our first time using a CPA to file; they filed our 2021 taxes late, had zero communication about it, and wouldn't respond to phone calls to resolve the issue. Got so bad that I needed to go to the office myself, where I was assured it would be resolved but never was. I should be speaking to a lawyer instead of writing a review.

We found Bruce through a recommendation. Despite multiple emails/calls/attempts to contact him regarding an update on filing, we were left in the dark. Once we finally got in communication, he said they were filing an extension but it would all be taken care of. My wife and I occured late fees and interests, Bruce assured us they had responded to the letters and it was being processed. Here we are THREE YEARS LATER, and I receive a collections notice for unpaid taxes. This office is so unprofessional and difficult to work with that I just paid it all myself, even though it was their responsibility for filing late.
