I recommend staying far away from these guys.
I'm going to leave everything out of this review except to say, I will never darken their doors again. I truly wonder what happens to people who don't understand cars or laws?
If anyone would like to hear what I really think reach out to me and I'll give you the run-down.
I am in absolute shock as to what they think they can get away telling people. Not once, but multiple times over multiple visits.
And I'll be doing any and all maintenance I can do myself. Anything warranty will be taken elsewhere. I simply don't trust this dealership.

My experience at Lawley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a night and day difference from what I've gone through in the last 3 months with another dealership. Ricardo and Tommy were amazing! When I first reached out with questions about the truck. Ricardo promptly sent me a video showing the truck in perfect condition. I live in California so it took me a while to set up a time I could get to the Lawley dealership, I thank Ricardo and Tommy for getting the paperwork in order so it would not get sold out from underneath me. Ricardo is very professional and easy to talk to, definitely an outstanding guy! He is the one to see in my book for any vehicle purchase! Tommy is an amazing finance manager. He was very professional and easy to understand when I was going through the buying process. Definitely another keeper as well! I can't forget Hannibal. He was very professional as well. I had great time talking with him on the drive to the dealership from the hotel. He is a diamond in the rough and I see big things for him in the future!!! Also, David the service manager called me today following up on my purchase. That was the first time I got a follow-up call from a dealership regarding a new truck. It was nice to see that everyone at Lawley truly cares for there customers and the Customer service they give us. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone I come across. 100% all around!!! Needless to say, I left with a new Ram 1500!

We've been in here a number of times for parts and to say the service is lackluster would be kind. Knowledge seems lacking, and the customer service ranges from surly to disinterested. We've never felt welcome coming in here but obviously are constrained by the lack of competition, unless we want to drive to Tucson. Gave them an extra star because one time they had a part we needed. Order online from anywhere else and skip the dose of "you're annoying me" that we seem to get every time we come in here. We did give it several tries, BTW, before posting this.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They had my 1 ton diesel for 5 weeks to replace the differential. First it was the insurance wouldn’t pay for an OEM part. Then it was they ordered the wrong part due to the insurance company and then they ordered the part currently installed when OEM is obsolete and my claims specialist sent the paperwork to order the OEM. It’s either a bad part or bad installation, but either way I have been calling and waiting for over a week now on my warranty and no one has been straight with me. I am paying rental out of pocket and due to the holiday, I paid for a week that it’s not even being worked on or checked. There is no follow up lately until I leave a message for the GM. This is absolutely unacceptable especially since your shop let me leave when I know they heard the noise it was making, just as I did leaving the shop. I had the truck inspected by a diesel technician and he found a bad steering stabilizer and upper/lower ball joints. I asked for the stabilizer to be checked but there was no inspection report stating what needed replaced. I understand time was limited, but nonetheless, I thought those were standard for safety precautions on both ends. I guess I don’t understand why my mileage makes any difference. If you’re trying to somehow turn the blame around then I should just contact the news. No one calls me back so why would you have been able to look at it? It’s being sent out to another shop but in the process had to wait for you to initiate the call. No one called this morning for a loaner as I was told by Richard. Keep your feelings out of it and take care of business. You have made no effort to contact me until I have called multiple times and leave a message for a manager. ? Bottom line is regardless of mileage, it went in with one issue and came out worse. Too many hands on the cookie jar and lack of communication and honesty.
