Frank Fiorito and his TEAM have been instrumental in restoring my sister’s LIFE! Before Frank Fiorito my sister was constantly being taken advantage of financially by family members and, of course, emotionally abused, to say the least. That has all ended! Also, Frank’s assistant Debbie is hands on helping my sister with grocery shopping, Dr. Appts, and general day to day situations plus Frank and Debbie have become my sister’s close and trusted friends! As owner of Robert J. Colello & Associates with Keller Williams, my team is recognized among one of the top real estate teams San Diego. I often come across clients in need of a fiduciary. I have worked with Exclusive Estate Administration for many years and have referred them to many of our clients. We covet our reputation of having top notch vendors which we refer to our clients, Frank, with Exclusive Estate Administration, is one of them. This is an organization that can be highly trusted. They take excellent care of their clients and look out for every bit of their best interest. Case in point, A case was referred to me by a very reputable hospital here in town and there was a caretaker that was about to take advantage of the client for over a half million. I referred Frank Fiorito to handle the estate as a fiduciary and he salvaged over a half million that would have been lost to greedy people. This is only one example, of many successful transactions, that I have done with Frank, where he stepped in and went the extra mile, saved his client potentially thousands of dollars and protected them from those that wanted to take advantage of the client. I would not refer my clients to any other fiduciary but Frank Fiorito at Exclusive Estate Administration.

Contacted them for assistance with interpreting my cousin's trust when the Public Administrator at the County of San Diego determined that the identified successor trustee cannot be located. After waiting 4 1/2 weeks and calling to follow-up on three separate occasions, I called again today; again received no definitive suggestions or a request to schedule an appointment to meet with them. Basically, waited 4 1/2 weeks for absolutely nothing. What a horrific way to run a business! Don't bother to call them; they won't ever get back to you! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.

Frank was only interested in talking and not listening. He argued, threatened to sue me, and was absolutely unprofessional. I posted reviews and he called and told me I had to remove them by midnight. I guess if I didn’t he’d send someone to take care of it.
