Don't ask me why...but I attended HOA Board certification 3 times, one was online from DBPR (never got certificate from Dec...) dual with Condo and HOA , one from Glazer and Sachs on both Condo and HOA at the same time and finally one from Eisinger on HOA only. I was already pretty familiar with FS 720 (law for HOA's). If you are not totally familiar with the laws for your type of community, you will leave more confused than ever with a dual course. A dedicated HOA or CONDO course is vital to understanding the complex laws you will be charged with carrying out. This is the only class worth taking.

Very incompetent paralegals. Sandra Orta Specially. No answers to my emails, no concrete answer to questions. Rude over the phone. I've been trying for weeks to get a payment plan and instead of providing a response, neither verbally or via email, they added almost $400 in fees just for sending a letter notifying me or something I already know and I was ready to pay. $1000 dollar fine I received from the HOA for not solving on time a crack on the concrete in front of my house. This was adding insult to injury. I kindly asked for help and the only thing received was rudeness and cero responses.

So sad to see how they trat people so bad and no respect whatsoever, I am looking at this person with a law degree yell and mistreat a group of elderly people who are merely asking to have their rights respected and validated. when a lawyer just cares about money and not doing common good.

as someone who volunteers on an HOA board this review was extremely helpful. I had read the statutes being covered but the examples presented as we reviewed them help to clarify some of my questions. They touched on upcoming legislation that could change some things which was helpful. Your presenters did a good job for the time allotted and even stayed longer to answer questions. Also was easier to stay awake. I would be interested in doing the review again after the legislature is done with the changes they plan to impose. Thank You.
