We initially spoke with Attorney Mr. Ryan Smollar, who advised us on the process, but it was Attorney Ms. Ramona Hupp who prepared our estate documents and patiently answered our many questions to help guide us through what can at times be an overwhelming process.

They took our money and ran. They did absolutely nothing for us. I would call them every now and then. If I could get a hold of someone, they would say they are working on it. If I left a message they would not call back. They were supposed to get my Mom on Medicaid, but after several years, they never did. I spent a few thousand dollars and spent several hours collecting financial information for nothing. RESPONSE to their response: Their response is full of totally inaccurate information. It is quite hurtful and frustrating that I spend thousands of dollars, they do nothing, and then they try to blame me, the customer for the lack of communication. I called them several times and they said they were working on it, or didn't respond at all. They gave me a long list of information to collect and paperwork to do, and that was all. Why would I spend thousands of dollars and then not follow through on anything I needed to do? I haven't heard from the state and I haven't heard from this law firm in years. I wish they had done some of the things they claim they did. Avoid this law firm. They won't do anything for your loved one, and then they will try to blame you.
