I highly recommend Herb! He is awesome to work with and I love his straightforward approach. I don’t like someone blowing smoke and Herb never does. He told me what I could expect and he delivered every bit of it. He will go to bat for you and he will listen to what you are wanting. Made my work comp situation so much easier and I am so glad I chose to work with Elias&Elias for my Attorney needs. Could not recommend Herb enough! He was so understanding and really took the time to listen to my concerns and frustrations and he went to bat for me time and time again. He worked after hours sometimes making sure I got the care I needed and that I was being treated fairly. If you need a lawyer I would say Herb is the best choice for sure! He also has a phenomenal legal assistant Melanie who helped with keeping things flowing quickly and his receptionist is the sweetest and is a bright face when you arrive!
