I would urge you not to go here. Good at billing not so good at communicating. Eric spoke to me one time when he took my retainer. Other than that it’s just been invoices with little to no attention to detail. Do not waste your money here!

Really bad about communicating the court processes and the my case portal they use is not user friendly, so when you ask about the billing even Susan have a difficult time going through it.
On top of that, I didn’t seem like a priority for them. Maybe because I was a father in a family law case. Because every time I called to get an update on the case, I had to recap what was done on the case so far for them ,as well as, the evidence I provided. At the end of it all, it was the other party’s job to write the final docs. Instead of informing me, Elton Jenkins Law decided to do it and charge me $412.60 for the doc creation. This was a month after I payed my bill in full. FATHERS AND FAMILY LAW CASES BEWARE

Absolutely pathetic. The effort was non existent and the excuses about the lack of effort were a joke.
I met with two attorneys in early November of 23, Eric and Leticia. They seemed competent and caring and they assured my wife and I they could help us. Supposedly everything they do here is with your bill in mind to keep it down but after meeting with my supposed two attorneys, one for each case, I never saw or heard from them again. I was handed off to a paralegal, Mrs Hulsey-Pennington, who was about as unreliable and unresponsive as one can get. On multiple occasions I had appointments set only to go another week without he’s from someone. However I was charged each time I tried to text or even called in about why nobody was at the appointment. I can show all of this in my bill. I was contacted by Elton Jenkins himself who apologized and said he would be taking a personal interest in this matter and this would not happen again. It happened the next week again. Again I was charged for calling and texting to find out where Mrs Hulsey-Pennington was. I got no response for days. More than once. Then I get a call from the office manager saying how sorry they are but maybe I should “trust the process ,” and at this point I’m 6 grand in and nothing has been accomplished. I have not spoken to an attorney in 6 months at this point. I tried. I really tried to trust the process but then I get a phone call from the paralegal, who is extremely unprofessional and she says they want me to call another attorney. I tried emails, calls and texts asking for an attorney to call me back and nobody ever did. In 7 months I spent 6 grand, met with or spoke to an attorney once and only in the beginning. They were able to milk that money because the paralegal was not in the first appointment. She has no clue what is going on and no time to talk to an attorney on your behalf. I don’t believe she ever understood the case and admitted they were “ out of their element”. They didn’t have to take the case, I was not told they were out of their elements until 6 months in. This was a disaster and to top it off they kept every penny. They admitted wrong, then quit and kept my family’s money. Hopefully the bar association will hold them accountable. Maybe 20 years ago this place was great but it’s not now

In response to your response, I absolutely never asked you to withdraw. That is just
false. You found me another attorney and stopped responding to me. Happy to prove I this anytime. I definitely got frustrated because I met with two attorneys who said they could help and then never met with either of them again. This is not a firm that has a clients back. I was not refunded my retainer either. Why on earth are you lying
