Linda represented me in a couple cases regarding my son’s visitation and his safety (it was a bad situation). Worst service of attorney i've ever had.. Zero communication in the office...I felt treated more like a $$$ then a client. They was more about my money ober helping with the custody case of my daughter.. and i got proof to back it up with emails.. and still waiting for a call back to fill paperwork.. Ashton is the worst and Dana smith. Highly recommend don't use these attorneys. Clearly don't treat you like a client. They got over $2000 from me And my issue is still not resolved.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was represented by Linda Zabona and she advised me at the time of my divorce that I did not need to live in my home, even if it was in my possession during the separation. Then when there was damage done to the house when I wasn’t there she told me I shouldn’t have left. My ex was threatening me the entire time of our separation and that didn’t matter. I never got to even see a judge during my divorce proceedings. I had to say in the hallway of the courthouse. It felt like she was working with my ex husbands attorney and was representing him and not me. It felt like I didn’t matter and it was just about getting money but not representing her clients. I never recommend her to people. .

She was our lawyer during a very long and frustrating custody battle. My fiance, the father now has custody of his kids thanks to Linda. She always made sure we were updated, she not only did that but she helped ease our mind that when things didn't go our way she had multiple options to go about it to get it fixed. This was probably one of the craziest DCS involved custody battles and she not only did an excellent job but she got my fiance everything he was asking for.
