Professional, honest, thorough and trustworthy. I couldn't be any more pleased with the work Brad and his crew have done for us. We recently had a very large project completed. Brad would communicate daily with video updates and took pride in his work throughout the project. Brad and his team are excellent. Very professional, hard working on making deadlines and went above and beyond to get our mold situation taken care of. They worked long and late hours to complete what was needed. Our mold was so bad it was effecting our health at the office. I coughed non stop all day everyday for 3 years and the other ladies had horrible headaches. After the mold situation was taken care of there is no coughing or headaches at the office anymore. Brad and his crew are honest, hardworking and they care about their customers. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his service. If I ever need him again he will be the first one I call. We had a faucet bust in the wall and flood half our house. I called Brad and he showed up that afternoon. His crew started the next morning. He informed me every step of the way. His crew was awesome. Very courteous and professional. Amazing bunch of folks. I hope we dont have any more water problems but if we do, I can tell you Brad will be my first call.

EBM Fire & Water saved the day! I was out of state when I was alerted by a neighbor that my house in Heber Springs had a water leak with wet walls and carpeting. L.T. Davis recommended I call Brad with Environmental Building Maintenance. What a great recommendation! Brad answered on the first ring, and was at the house 25 minutes later. He talked me through what he was seeing and was able to mitigate the water damage to the point that the carpet could be saved. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, and professional! If you have fire or water damage that needs immediate attention, do not hesitate to call them. You won’t be disappointed.

I had suffered several months with sinus infections from sleeping in a bedroom that had mold. Once it was discovered EBM came in and worked around a very hard schedule. The work was scheduled to begin on a Monday but the Friday before my husband had a stroke and my family dog had a litter of puppies. Obviously, this was not the time to be tearing up flooring and getting rid of the mold. But, Brad was great in working with us and allowing us to get things in order before the work began. When it was all said and done, I have beautiful flooring in my bedroom and laundry room. The workers even finished up a flooring job in our shop that my husband had started but was no longer able to complete due to the stroke. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Brad and his team. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brad and his team at EBM are great. They really came through for us. After we discovered a water leak, Brad got to our house quickly and assessed the damage and cleaned up the water, removed the damaged materials and dried the area. We later experienced a second leak in a different part of the house and called Brad back. They came back right away and got that area addressed too.
