I paid $5000 for a level 6 charge and got the max punishment (30 months). Eric and his partner Thomas were rude and talked over me. Especially Eric. I was told because of the judge (Cataldo,) that’s the reason my punishment was so severe, and if it had been any other judge, I wouldn’t have been punished that harshly, but it shouldn’t matter. I didn’t pay all that money to get lowballed. Elkhart is corrupt. So is Becker and Cataldo. Eric is in cahoots with this court . He’s not for the offender. Look into this judge and prosecutor due. Shady!!!!!! Shop around and better yet get the hell out of Elkhart county .

First and foremost I would like to thank Eric for doing an excellent excellent job! You were honest with me from start to finish. I highly recommend Mr Kinsman for anyone who's looking to get the best deal that they can get. This Law Firm has went above and beyond my expectations. There was a few times when I called and couldn't reach anybody and received a phone call back as soon as the very next day if not the same day. I would suggest retaining different Counsel, Mr Kinsman does not like to be questioned, he takes it personally & comes back with condescending & derogatory remarks(after he has your money).
