I was in a car accident. The other driver was a hundred percent at fault and my daughter was in the vehicle with me.Extreme lack of communication on their end. I had to continuously reach out.
They said my case was cut-and-dry.
And would be handled within a couple months, almost 6 months later, finally got settled. They sent me to their doctors that they have an affiliation with, and that ended up taking a 1/3 of my settlement. My daughter was in the car when I got in the accident. They took information about her. And I never received compensation for her portion. They completely forgot about it.
And they still have not reached out. The other insurance company originally offered me a $1000 for compensation for my daughter. For just being in the vehicle.
So they should have been able to get at least that. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed..
