Alice is patient and a very knowledgeable instructor. She address all item brought up in the class and ensure the question are answered even with reaching out to other people. Alice is an excellent trainer. She constantly keeps the class engaged. She was very knowledgeable on the topics. Alice goes above and beyond offering advice, emailing website links to the attendees. Alice told the class that should we have any questions or need some advice on a topic in the future to feel free to email her. I have been training employees for quite some time. I have also attended quite a bit of traininging. Alice sets the bar pretty high. I learned a few new training techniques. She is truly an asset to ETC Compliance Solutions.
