We obtained Eric as a criminal attorney on a violation of probation charge. He stated after we obtained him that he was going to put in a motion for bond that he did not do, then the court date came and he did not show up. He tried telling us that he did not have to be there and the judge stated that “your lawyer is not present we are going to have to continue this” also because we had an attorney he could not represent himself. So he is still sitting in jail. He has treated us like we are ignorant to the system and how it works discarding what the judge himself said. He then AFTER missing the court date decided he was going to put in a motion for bond that should have been done two weeks prior and a motion for continuance. Only doing that to cover his tracks because my significant other could have been out if he showed up to the court hearing. We then told him his services were no longer needed and because he had done absolutely nothing we wanted a refund. He told us he didn’t know who Eric Evilsizer was and we had the wrong number. That number was the number he called me off of earlier that morning and stated “this is my personal cell phone if you need any thing call this number.” He is an absolute scam artist and I will also be reporting him to the Florida bar also.

This is the worst lawyer in Florida. He takes your money up front then does not show up in court. He strung me along for almost 2 years then, miraculously was able to obtain a hearing within a week, after I informed him that I was going to speak to the state attorney myself. He did not show up for the court appearance and I had to fire him over the phone. while I was in the dock, in order to have my case heard. If I could give him no stars I would. Hire him at your own peril.
