I would not use Express NonLawyer again. They do not accept appointments. I first thought we were making good progress but was informed in our second meeting that I wasn't showing enough appreciation for the services being offered. Quoting the Paralegal during this 2nd appointment: “I’m just not feeling good vibes”. It took all I could muster to not get up and walk out. About half of the communication dispensed to my wife and I in the final meeting was how much "above and beyond" they went. I will not return to this business because of the “I’m astonished that you are not showing much more appreciation for all I’ve done for you” attitude after handing over more than $640.00 appreciations.

Christina, Ashe and the rest of the staff at Express Nonlawyer assisted me with land that my parents owned in Florida. I could not have asked for a better team in assisting me with this process. I am forever grateful for their help, especially since I was going through this probate process from the State of Georgia. The price was outstanding for the work I needed done. Cristina was a great help for me and my family for helping us with a lady bird deed. She took her time to tell us all the details. She is very intelligent when it comes to her profession. She knows her stuff when it comes to deeds , lady bird deeds, wills, POA, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all needs. You won’t be disappointed! (:

Owner is rude rude rude. Doesn’t listen, answers without listening to the whole question. I went with questions willing to pay money for her time. What did I get in return a bunch of bad attitude. When asked a question her reply was “isn’t it there in the instructions”? Aren’t I paying you to answer questions regardless of the instructions? Maybe I need to be sure or clarification on the matter. If everyone understood the court instructions, they wouldn’t need to hire you now would they? Sorry I put you out but I thought you were providing a service. If you don’t want to help then stop telling people you charge $40 to look at documents and answer questions. You were in such a hurry to get rid of me but then had the nerve to tell me when I’m leaving to come back when I have more time. Um what? That’s what I came for with cash in my hand. Actually I didn’t have the cash but left and came right back no problem. I got the cash to spend time with you to get some questions answered. The whole time I was there you were annoyed that I was there and annoyed by my questions then charged me $20 just to tell me to read the instructions I was given. You are a nasty person with a terrible disposition and shouldn’t be at the counter helping people. You can reply with your lies all you want but you and I both know what happened. I wouldn’t even bother writing a review if I thought I was in the wrong. I don’t operate like that. It takes a lot for me to leave a review good or bad.
