I have been trying to get a Live Scan and whenever I find time the prices are endless and I usually need to make an appointment. I had about an hour today, was running errands, saw on my list was the Live Scan-found this place was near the Vons I was shopping at and called this business. First and foremost the gentleman was so nice but the REVIEWS were all 5 stars. I explained what I needed, he quoted me one price, not adding on a bunch of add-ons like other places I had called previously, and said to come over once I was done with my grocery shopping. I went over-not a huge location but enough room for about 4-6 clients to sit comfortably if need be in their common area. I showed my ID, they did some data entry, I filled out a couple of lines, they made me re-verify ALL the information they had entered, took fingerprints, took my payment and it was less than the 15 minutes I was quoted. Very organized, very efficient as I knew nothing of how this went or worked. In fact, after I left, I called back as I thought they had undercharged me, and the same man who had helped me originally on the phone and in person when I arrived seemed surprised I was calling to let him know I thought they had charged me not enough. It turns out there are 2 types of the report I needed so I did not need the one that he had quoted me originally. I would never have known the difference-this tells me a very straight up ethical business. Thank you for making it easy and painless.

The phone numbers don't match and you get the runaround. If you should call the number on Google they tell you to call 499-7523 who then tells you to call 328-1111. After 3 calls the person who answers unprofessionally doesn't know when the notary will be there. Go elsewhere for notary services.

I recently needed a notary and chose them to take care it for me because they had the best price out of the places I called. I got there and they also provided other services I needed: star smog check and vehicle registration completion. I ended up going back for those services a few days later. They were much faster than the DMV and friendlier too. Their customer service is great and they found a way to help me complete my registration that the DMV had not told be about despite my difficulty meeting their requirements. They had the documents I needed and we're very helpful and knowledgeable in all the services I needed provided. I will definitely continue to use them for anything I need that they provide. 5 stars for them for sure and yes, I will most definitely refer them. Great prices, great customer service and their quick! - Can't beat that!!

Super cool and friendly! They did my live scan for fingerprinting to become a massage therapist. Wish I had more reasons to stop in there because the vibe was super up beat! Perhaps open up a coffee shop on the side. Just kidding!

Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. In and out within 10minutes. I went with my sister the next day for her live scan and had the same experience! I will definitely recommend this place!

Easy, quick and friendly. They offer online appointments, but when I went (weekday afternoon) it wasnt crowded. They also offer smog check and vehicle registration, which is what the storefront sign actually says so it was a little difficult to find it at first. Overall good experience.

Shocked at the level of customer service I received from a Live Scan establishment! Holly was so nice, helpful, and pleasant. She was also extremely fast and efficient! I wish every place had a Holly!!
