I called Michael Feinstein to retain him to provide me with legal advice concerning a dispute that I was having with a buyer upon trying to finalize the sale of a home that I had renovated.

We ran into a problem concerning procurement of insurance caused by an electrical issue and Michael was kind enough to evaluate my matter and provide me with legal advice in furtherance of resolving the matter without having to lawyer up, and to potentially avoid having to participate in pre-suit mediation as memorialized in the purchase and sale agreement.
Based on Michael's advice, I was able to resolve the situation without having to pay Michael any legal fees and/or attend mediation.
I have to tell you, it is a rare occasion that a lawyer would take their time to advise a client without being paid in furtherance of resolving a matter.
