Make sure you call the right person when you're calling a client. And don't call them 4 times in 2 hours after they've told you you're not that person.

Definitely steer well clear of Ray Ferris. Treats you like you're beneath him the entire time! Hardly has any insight on what should be done or said when going in for a council/meeting with the prosecution. And also, when it seems that he might be in for a hard struggle or a defeat, he will drop the case and use some BS line; for example, "The prosecutor is such a good friend, I don't want to ruin that with this case by moving forward. Maybe you should find a new attorney."

Avoid making my mistake by trusting Ferris.

My mother recently needed a good estate lawyer and hiring Mr. Eakin was a great decision. He has taken a lot of the worry and responsibilities off of her back so that she could concentrate on more important things and difficult decisions. Mr. Eakin and his paralegal Linda KIrkwood have been available and helpful the very same day a problem or question comes up. If you need legal counsel, this is an excellent choice!
