I’d be hard pressed to think of a time in recent history that I was as impressed with a professional service as I was with the consultation that I received from my first encounter with LegalShield via the Fiffik Group.

If Mr. Andrew Swain is representative of the level of service provided by the Fiffik group, then they are indeed top notch.

I contacted the firm in regards to a landlord tenant issue and I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the consultation provided by Mr Swain for the following reasons:

1. My understanding is that the law office closes at 5:00. Mr. Swain called me after hours at 5:49 on a Friday evening rather than leaving me to dwell on my issue until Monday morning
2. My Swain was comprehensive in asking relevant questions and proposing options for moving my case forward
3. Mr. Swain was genuinely engaged in the conversation, showing a sincere interest in gathering the information and proposing possible remedies. He went beyond the superficial and came across as being truly invested and present
4. At no point in the conversation did Mr. Swain seem to be rushed or in a hurry to wrap the call up.
5. Mr. Swain offered not only legal guidance, but empathy and patience
6. Mr. Swain offered nuanced information, the type that can only come from years of experience
7. Mr. Swain encouraged me to follow-up with him once I completed a few steps so that he could guide me through the remaining steps in the process
8. Please take a moment to reread # 3 - how often does this happen in today's hectic world?

I recently was referred to Fiffik Law Group, by the legal service I use, to review a contract before I pursued further action with a company from their state and town. I was a member for around 20 years all that money put into this Law Firm and could not believe my experiences that began to happen right after I gave them a 5 star review and saw that awhole lot of people saw it on their site! Too many changes in Attorney's and one who seemed to be not aware of my legal issues from where I lived and found giving out the wrong information upon doing my own research. This female attorney was arrogant and would brush me off never experienced this before. I filed a complaint and requested never to have her respond to my request and was ignored. I had to leave them was becoming too stressful and had a nerve to go up in their price with having a down spiral experience!!
