I had to call multiple times for a closing time to sign papers via a mobile notary. The notary person informed me that I would receive electronic copies of all documents via email the following business day. Mobile notary was prompt and very helpful and friendly. One week later, after signing all documents, my realtor had to track down all electronic copies,
Including the estimated and final closing statement. Disappointing and frustrating on a what I believe is a large transaction. Unprofessional to say the least.

The staff was very helpful in our search to identify a possible release of deed of trust. We called from Tucson and they got back to us within 24 hours with their results. A lot of escrow offices are bad at what they do, this branch is the polar opposite.
