The phone tree is a never ending loop that doesn't actually get you to anybody. We've been waiting for 6 days, and have not been able to speak to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

Remarkably poor "service" from a disreputable and unprofessional company. I would provide negative stars if Google allowed. First Corporate Solutions erroneously filed a UCC statement, including the wrong debtors on the statement. 5 separate requests over 6 weeks requesting add'l information, attempting to rectify their filing error, have been submitted to and ignored by First Corporate Solutions. FCS has consistently exercised blatant disregard bordering on willful negligence, I would not wish interaction with this entity upon my worst enemy.
