I wish all Title companies were as professional, dedicated, compassionate, and great as this one! Everyone on the entire staff is friendly, proactive, thorough and polite. The office is clean and accommodating with snacks and beverages. Not once did anyone ever give me an attitude when I called or was unwilling to help me with any of the signature required paperwork. I have spoken to Michelle, Mariam, and Dory all of them were so pleasant on the phone and truly helpful. My favorite person of all was Dana. As a first time single-family home owner from out of state, it was a very stressful process from the start. However, when it came time for my closing Dana's kind demeanor, friendly speaking tone, and the simplicity of how she explained the documents I was signing out all of my worries away. Dana was the highlight of my day, she put a smile on my face and I was beyond happy to work with her. She is truly a gem!!! This is the only title company I ever want to do business with in the future, they are truly the best!
