I had an extremely disappointing experience with FIVES & ASSOCIATES. After they agreed to take on my case, I paid the required retainer, only to have them later claim that I had not made the payment. Despite providing a receipt showing proof of payment via Cash App, they continued to deny it.

To make matters worse, they partnered with another attorney I asked for assistance, and the outcome was handled very poorly. The owner, Mike, displayed unprofessional behavior, speaking to me in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner without any regard for professionalism or courtesy. His conduct left me feeling disrespected and targeted, and I believe his behavior may have had discriminatory undertones.

Additionally, their associate, Stephanie, was also involved in the mishandling of my case and funds. It’s unacceptable for a company to operate in this way, especially when clients trust them with important legal matters.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with FIVES & ASSOCIATES was so terrible that I felt compelled to share it. Be very careful about choosing this firm to represent you. Their handling of cases and treatment of clients are, in my opinion, unprofessional and unethical.

I'm sorry to fax is fax. You guys was unprofessional and won't listen to the client and also you took my money. I paid a retainer I have the correct amount screenshot it to show proof that I paid my retainer which I ask in the beginning of our agreement, and the way you guys talk to me was unprofessional I like I said, and it's review I normally don't leave reviews or anything but this was very disrespectful and unprofessional how the way I got treated for someone is supposed to protect me in my case.

Hired to help settle my partners estate. Horrible communication and they also billed me for time spent on an ex friends case. I also was billed for time and research that I DID. Also to add insult to injury they put a lien on the estate because I fired them and elected not to pay the ridiculously overpriced and padded bill they sent. I’m worse off now than I was before THANKS In response to your response.....my new attorneys are paid in full and you didn't answer any of the truths I spoke. I never asked you to work for free I did however expect your work to he honest and thorough and I certainty didn't expect to be blilled for work that I did. Typical response from an atty. The runaround. Once again I'd like a response that actively addresses the grievances I had. Instead I get a condescending reply that is typical of an unskilled and unseasoned amateur.

I called Fives and Associates to confirm they still provide the services my husband and I received from them over 20 years ago. It pertained to services regarding taking a name off of a house deed which involved a representative making a house call to conclude the business. They said yes which allowed me to share the information to someone in need of such service. They did an excellent service for us.
