I recently had a consultation with Money wise law and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The attorney I met with was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable insights regarding the possibility of discharging my student loans.

Gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. Found this to be a complete waste of time and money. Despite the numerous emails I received about the importance of being on time and the documents needed prior to the appointment, Jay was both late and unprepared in my opinion. It was clear he had not looked at anything I had sent. In addition, the first question he asked was in regard to something NOT requested prior to the appointment. It was a basic question about the loan that easily could have been asked for prior, and not be time wasted during the meeting (which was made very clear several times before that his time was limited and would be a hard stop at the 45 minute mark) for me to find it.

I found Jay to be rude, condescending. Don't waste your time or money - you can easily get the same advise from a friend or family member.

Jay is amazing! He's friendly and easygoing and he knows his stuff. Hiring him for even just a consultation will be the best money you have ever spent when it comes to resolving your student loan problem. Be sure to follow the directions in his email for best results in the shortest amount of time. Give him all the information he needs, and watch him work his magic! I feel so relieved to get the process started!

This was the best money I've spent on someone consulting with me for my student loans! I have a lot of student loans from having two bachelor degrees and one master's degree, but Jay was able to help me select the right student loan payment plan for me and also helped me "live my life" giving me the advice I need. 8.19.24 Update: I'm sorry to say that even though I think my meeting with Mr. Fleischman was informative and helpful, I have since written him multiple times and called his office to get the name and phone number of an attorney here in Northern California that he had promised me in our meeting. My appointment was on 7/27/24 and it is now 8/19/24, and still I have not received a response to my multiple inquiries. I would suggest you get everything out of your first meeting with Mr. Fleischman, because after he sends you the audio/video from your paid consult, there will be no further contact.
