I’m disappointed with the flowers my fiancé ordered from this florist. He placed the order days in advance and upon picking up the roses today on Valentine’s Day, the flowers look wilted, with browned edges and damaged petals, as if they had been sitting around for days. For the price he paid, this is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the customer service was just as unpleasant. He was met with rudeness and attitude with the check out lady.. A good florist should take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction, but that’s not the case here. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Kait did an amazing job with all the florals for our wedding. She was so helpful and worked with us to come up with beautiful designs that were within our budget. I loved the fact that she met with me ahead of time to discuss the proposal. It gave me the opportunity to see what my bouquet would look like, and was also able to take it home that day. Kait was also more than accommodating throughout the entire process. I recommend Kait as she does a stunning job with any budget.

We chose Florals by Kait as our wedding florist. Our florals were absolutely gorgeous!! We got married at the Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown, CT. Kait had worked there many times and knew the layout very well. We trusted her on many recommendations - the ceremony space, the dining area, our bouquets and other floral touches - and she EXCEEDED our expectations. Her pricing was also extremely fair!! Would highly recommend her.

Kait is a fantastic florist. She was recommended by our wedding planner, along with a couple others. We liked Kait’s proposal for our wedding day the best so we picked her and couldn’t have been happier! She made our day look gorgeous. From the floral arches, the centerpieces, the escort card wall, the flower girl crown, and more. She did a walk through with us about 6 weeks out from our wedding and that was very helpful! She was responsive and super friendly. Don’t hesitate to book Kait!

Kait did the florals for my wedding in June and did an incredible job. I went in to meet with her before my wedding with very little idea of what I wanted, but after speaking with her, it was clear she was able to interpret the elements I wanted to include even though I wasn’t really able to clearly explain what I had in mind. She did a great job incorporating florals into my dog’s collar and wrapping my bouquet in a piece of my moms wedding gown. Kait also gave me great tips on how to be most cost-effective with the florals I was using and still have a beautiful day without wasting any flowers. She’s friendly and made the process easy and fun. I’d definitely recommend Florals by Kait for anyone planning their wedding or other special event.
