Forensic was very capable, helpful and professional, from the very start of my engagement with them. Forensic staff dealt with a myriad of challenges, on my behalf, and these were simply "my challenges". The staff were kind enough to accommodate these challenges to make a solid, customized plan for me, for legal purposes - regarding personal and family details. As a result and due to Forensic being able and willing to accommodate me, they have assisted me in one of, if not the most important challenge in my lifetime. With that being said, before you leave a review, remember that the samples you submit to them, if I'm not mistaken, are sent out to "independent" lab(s) which means that if there's a "false positive" or some kind other form of mix-up, as others have posted, there is a good chance this had nothing to do with Forensic and everything to do with that external lab company's process and procedures - so keep this in mind. The questions I did have regarding this same topic, were completely answered by an extremely knowledgeable "Forensic" staff member.

Horrible experience. My wife had to come here and me and our 2yr old and 8 month old have been sitting here for over an hour and a half and not one person has come out abbr there's only one other customer besides my wife and at least 3 staff. Pathetic . lazyness at its worst

The facility itself the people working there collecting the specimen was very nice very friendly and very helpful they had no problem taking a card by phone from my mother allowing me to fill out the information under the conditions that information will also be released to my mother on the other hand I was told the results would be in within 72 hours roughly .I'd say 5 days past and she made a call to find out results and she was told by the forensic lab that should be getting a call back within a day when she received a call not from forensic lab but from a doctor that couldn't not release any information to to her and he stated the forensic lab did not know what they were talking about regarding California release of information laws up drug test and that he could only speak to me my mother stated that the doctor that tested the specimen called her back was rude and apparently wasn't having a very good day so she called the forensic lab back to get the results and they said they were under the impression that I was a minor after receiving my identification and copying it with the paperwork their story has changed

Was very disappointed with my time here not to mention I’m in the medical field am an drug tested regularly but when I went here my test results came back “tampered with” and labeled as positive. I don’t see how that’s possible.
