These people are disgraceful & disgusting. They lack empathy and prey upon grieving families. Do not trust them with your loved one. I have never in my entire life known any facility to store a deceased individual for three months before cremation with services paid in full. A Family member passed in October and it was not until December that they were cremated This facility desecrated my family member remains and they will have to deal with
God! This place needs to be shut down only one shady doctor and no oversight!

I was impressed when I first called because they sounded professional and could examine my father's body within 24 hours. At the time I thought it was odd that they let me sign and digitally submit the paperwork even though I had informed them my mother was the legal next of kin. When I talked to Dr. Bao after the autopsy, he directly told me was leaving information of the report because he didn't think it was important and it would give me a better case if I wanted to sue. All of this is probably not illegal, but it certainly seems shady.

Next, they "lost" my father's personal items. When I asked about the items, I was told they had never received them. After a lot of phone calls to other places, they finally went to check and found they did have the items.

Then I had to call multiple times across multiple days before they would send me the official report. I waited until a few days after they told me I would receive the report before I started calling. After I left a strongly worded voicemail, I finally got the report without any effort at an apology. Each of the times I had requested the report, I also asked for a receipt. After getting the report I still had to call again for the receipt.

I also had them do the embalming. They basically pressured me into doing it and I greatly regret it. The funeral home had to do a lot of work to make him presentable after they were done.

The report was at least sufficient I suppose. If you are desperately needing answers fast and don't care about quality of service this probably the place to go.

Director shame on you and your business practices. You prey on vulnerable families that really can't afford paying for services not rendered. What did you think $3,000.00 was a donation to you? You should be shame the way you treating people. You can block this review or deny what you doing but you can't block GOD cause he know what you doing. You can run but you can't hide from GOD and I am going to pray for you and your family real hard. May GOD bless you! Stop coaching the 5 star reviews and do better!

We lost my brother unexpectedly On January 28th, he lived in Illinois and our family is in California. We needed answers as to the cause of his death.The local coroner declined to perform an autopsy. So we contacted several facilities and they were also unwillingly due to covid concerns. We were referred to Forensic Mortuary Services, and I have to say they were more than willing to help us resolve the issues even though covid was a concern. Every time I called with a concern or question I was never in the dark through the whole process. I would highly recommend them, they are patient and kind and understanding, I even received a call back from the director to see how we were doing, and we received a thorough report and was told if we had any questions to call them, Thank you so much.
